The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 25551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013).

At Cavo Yachting, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, the process is straightforward.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and specification reasons, returns are not accepted on:
Ropes, Chains & Wire Ropes cut to custom lengths upon customer request.
