The two-component polychloroprene adhesive provides strong bonding performance with excellent resistance to salt, heat and weather conditions. The supplied 40g Desmodur RC catalyst activates the 500g adhesive at the recommended 8% ratio.

Directions for Use

1. Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and correctly prepared.
2. Roughen the bonding area where required by the material repair procedure.
3. Mix the adhesive thoroughly with 8% Desmodur RC catalyst by weight.
4. Apply an even, thin coat to both surfaces.
5. Allow the adhesive to flash according to the manufacturer’s application instructions.
6. Apply the required additional coat where necessary.
7. Join the surfaces carefully without trapping air.
8. Apply firm and even pressure across the complete bonded area.
9. Allow sufficient curing time before placing the repair under load or pressure.

Prepare only the amount of mixed adhesive that can be used within its working time.
