Kong X-Five Fast Harness, Large

The Kong X-Five Fast is a professional full-body harness developed for demanding rope access and work-at-height applications where comfort, fast fitting and multiple connection options are essential.

It features five attachment points for different working configurations. The ventral attachment point is designed for suspension during rope access, while the ventral and lateral points can be used for work positioning. The sternal and dorsal points are intended for fall-arrest applications.

The X-Five Fast version is specifically designed for professionals who need to put the harness on quickly or several times during the working day. Its fully opening construction uses a 3-movement connector at the ventral point together with two Cobra® automatic buckles on the leg loops, making fitting and removal more practical.

A wide ergonomic waistbelt provides strong lumbar support, while the overall design combines low weight with full-body comfort. Multiple adjustment points allow the harness to adapt effectively to different body shapes.

The dorsal attachment point is shaped to follow the natural curve of the back. According to Kong, this design improves comfort when sitting against a backrest or wearing the harness beneath a jacket and also facilitates dragging during evacuation procedures.

For equipment organization, the harness includes 5 gear loops. The two front loops are rigid and molded for easy access, while the remaining loops are flexible to improve comfort while seated.

The lateral attachment points can be folded away when not required. The connection point for a chest ascender is positioned off-center so that it does not interfere with equipment attached to the ventral point. The harness is also prepared for fitting a chest ascender using a triangular quick link and sling tensioner.

Bright colors on the rear and lower sections improve visibility during professional operations, while an integrated NFC chip simplifies product identification, traceability and periodic inspection management.
