Elastotet S400 Anti-Fungal General Purpose Silicone, Brown, 280ml

The Elastotet S400 Silicone is an easy-to-use sealant for everyday sealing work around glass, aluminium, ceramic tiles, porcelain and other non-porous surfaces.

Its mildew-resistant formula makes it a practical choice for areas exposed to moisture, such as bathrooms, kitchens, sanitary fittings, aluminium frames and countertops. It can also be used indoors or outdoors and offers good resistance to rain, UV exposure and changing weather conditions.

The silicone stays elastic after curing, helping it follow small movements between joined surfaces. The brown colour is useful where a darker, discreet finish is required. It is not paintable.
