Containing 33gr of CO₂, this cylinder supplies the gas required to inflate a compatible lifejacket when its manual or automatic mechanism is activated.
It is commonly used with 150N adult inflatable lifejackets. After inflation, the used CO₂ cylinder must be replaced before the lifejacket is returned to service.
For automatic lifejackets, the activation capsule or other firing component may also require replacement.
Always check that 33gr is the correct cylinder size and fitting specified for your lifejacket.
Usage
- Remove the used CO₂ cylinder after activation.
- Fully deflate and dry the lifejacket.
- Check the inflation mechanism.
- Replace any activated component if required.
- Install the new 33gr CO₂ cylinder according to the lifejacket instructions.
- Repack the lifejacket correctly before use.
