The Kong Tango 360 combines the proven Tango connector design with an integrated swivel, allowing connected ropes, lanyards or metal cables to rotate more freely and reducing unwanted twisting during use.

Its Double Gate safety system is designed for quick operation while reducing the risk of accidental opening. The two-gate configuration provides an intuitive opening action without relying on a conventional screw-lock sleeve.

The connector also features Kong’s Keylock system, which creates a smoother nose profile and helps prevent accidental snagging on ropes, webbing or other equipment during maneuvers.

An important feature of the Tango 360 is its integrated overload indicator. According to Kong, the indicator activates when the swivel is subjected to a load between 200 and 300 kg, providing a visual indication that the connector has experienced significant loading. This indicator value should not be confused with the connector’s certified breaking strength.

The Tango 360 is a directional connector, meaning it must be installed and loaded in the correct orientation. Kong lists it for professional applications including scaffolding, metal structures, arboriculture and tactical use.
