The Wichard Self-Locking Twisted Shackle is a premium forged 316L stainless-steel shackle designed for connections requiring a 90° angle twist.
Available in 8mm (#1224) and 10mm (#1225), with nautical Working Loads of 1,000kg and 1,440kg respectively.
Description
The Wichard Self-Locking Twisted Shackle is a strong stainless steel shackle designed to connect two components at a 90° angle.
Its twisted design makes it ideal for sailing applications where a standard straight shackle cannot provide the correct connection angle.
Made from forged 316L stainless steel, it offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance.
The self-locking pin helps prevent accidental loosening caused by vibration.
Available in 8mm and 10mm, it is suitable for sailing rigging, blocks on rails and purchase systems.
