Refund & Returns Policy

At Cavo Yachting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return an item or request a refund, our policy is outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Exceptions
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for ropes, chains, or wire ropes that have been custom-cut to specific lengths upon customer request.
